Get notified when one of your clocks goes offline.
To ensure information is current in Avanti and network issues are resolved promptly, we'll send you an email once your clock has been offline for 15 minutes. If your clock remains offline, an email is sent daily until the clock returns online.
A clock is offline when Avanti cannot communicate with the clock. There are a couple of reasons that a clock goes offline:
There’s a network outage.
The clock needs a reboot.
There’s an issue with the clock.

Clock Connect is only available for Avanti SaaS Clients.
How to Set the Email
To set up, you’ll need to indicate which email address you want to notify when a clock is offline.
Step 1: Open Administration Settings on ASSP and select Company Settings.
By default, this can be found in Administration.
Step 2: Enter ClockConnectRecipientEmail in the Search.
Step 3: Select Edit for ClockConnectRecipientEmail.
Step 4: In Value, enter the email address, then select Save.
Only one email can be entered.
This email caches for up to six hours; if you’re updating to a new email, offline emails will be sent to the new email within 6 hours of adjusting this setting.
Great work! We’ll notify you via email when any of your Clock Connect clocks are offline.
You can confirm whether your clocks are online in Clock Connect on the Avanti Self-Service Portal. False displays beneath Online when a clock goes offline.
Troubleshooting Offline Clocks
Here are a couple of things to try if your clocks go offline:
If all your clocks at a location are offline, it’s likely an issue on your local network:
Please check with your IT Team to confirm the network status.
If one of your clocks has gone offline:
Try resetting the clock. You can find the reset button on the clock’s left-side, under the rubber flap. You’ll need a thin object, such a paperclip, to press reset.
