Finding your Serial Number in ASSP

Your Serial Number can be found in ASSP if you have access to Administration Settings. If you don’t have access, you can find this in the Avanti Desktop or contact Avanti Care.

Step 1: Open Administration Settings on ASSP and select the System Info tab.
By default, this can be found in Administration.

Step 2: Here, you’ll find your Avanti Serial Number.

Good work! You have found your Avanti Serial Number.

Finding your Serial Number in the Avanti Desktop

Step 1: Open the Avanti Desktop Application. Ensure you are on the default System Info tab. If you don’t have access to the Avanti Desktop, we can help! Please get in touch with Avanti Care.

Step 2: Your Avanti Serial Number is located second from the top of the screen.
