If you’ve added a new clock and you need to add multiple employees who are already punching on an Avanti clock, Enroll is the most efficient way to add them. Once you’ve finished enrolling, the employees can use either clock.

Add Employees to the Clock
Step 1: Open Time Clocks on the Avanti Desktop Application.
By default, this can be found in Time Clocks >> Installation & Maintenance.
Step 2: Select the clock you’d like the employees to start using, then select Modify.
Step 3: Select OK on the message.
Step 4: Select Enroll.
Step 5: Select the clock the employees are currently using in From Clock.
Step 6: Deselect any employees you don’t wish to add to the clock.
Additional Information
Active Enrollment found displays beside any employees already using the clock.
This doesn’t remove employees from the clock
Step 7: Click Enroll once the correct employees are selected.
Step 8: Select OK.
Synchronize Employees to the Clock
Step 1: Select the Synchronize tab in Clock Connect on the Avanti Self-Service Portal.
Step 2: In Clock ID, select the clock you added the employee to.
Step 3: Click Send all users.
Congratulations! Your employees can now punch on either clock. Their punches will populate the employee's time cards.
