UFace 800 Clock Cannot Recognize Faces

Is your uFace 800 clock failing to identify employees’ faces when they’re trying to clock in or out? This article will guide you through adjusting the clock’s camera so your employees can clock in and out successfully.

To adjust the camera, you’ll need an administrator at the clock to change the clock settings.

Important Information
This is only applicable for uFace 800 clocks.

Step 1: Select Autotest, then select Test Face on the Clock Menu.

Step 2: Select the lower right corner of the screen.

Additional Information
A Save icon will appear in the upper right corner.

Step 3: Position yourself in front of the camera, in the same position employees use to clock in and out.
