Finding your Avanti Serial Number and Org ID is easy; you just have to know where to look.
You’ll want to use your Org ID for Avanti Go. If you’re trying to log into the Avanti Desktop, you can use your Serial Number or Org ID.

If you’ve already moved to the latest ASSP, you’ll want to use your Org ID.

Finding your Serial Number in ASSP
Your Serial Number can be found in ASSP if you have access to Administration Settings. If you don’t have access, you can ask a coworker to find it for you in the Avanti Desktop or contact Avanti Care.

If you’ve already moved to the latest ASSP, System Info is no longer available on ASSP. You’ll want to find your Org ID so you can log into the Avanti Desktop instead.
Step 1: Open Administration Settings on ASSP and select the System Info tab.
By default, this can be found in Administration.
Step 2: Here, you’ll find your Avanti Serial Number.
Good work! You have found your Avanti Serial Number.
Finding your Org ID in ASSP
If you’re using Avanti Go, our mobile application, you can easily find your Org ID on ASSP. Don’t have Avanti Go set up? Check out Finding your Org ID from your ASSP Web Address.
Step 1: Select Settings in your Account Information.
Step 2: Select the Avanti App tab. Here, you’ll find your Org ID.

You can also take a look at your ASSP web address to find your Org ID.
If you’ve already moved to the latest ASSP, it’s the first part of your web address. For example, your Ord ID will be ABCInc if your ASSP web address is https://ABCInc.myavanti.ca.
If you haven’t moved to the latest ASSP, it’s the last part of your web address, following the final /. For example, your Ord ID will be ABCInc if your ASSP web address is https://myavanti.ca/ABCInc.
Finding your Serial Number in the Avanti Desktop
Step 1: Open the Avanti Desktop Application. Ensure you are on the default System Info tab. If you don’t have access to the Avanti Desktop, we can help! Please get in touch with Avanti Care.
Step 2: Your Avanti Serial Number is located second from the top of the screen.
