If you have onboarding set up, newly hired applicants will sign into onboarding to enter everything you need to know for their first pay.
Allow Password Reset
It can be a while between applicants applying for a job and starting their first day. Help them get through password panic by enabling Password Reset. All they need is their Career Connector username and email to reset their password. Once we confirm their identity, we’ll email a temporary password.
Display Additional Details
Do common questions arise when your new employees sign into onboarding? Be proactive by adding additional details. You can include more information in a popup message if you have a longer message.
Additional Information
Unsure what your onboarding web address is? Add /OnboardingLogin to the end of your ASSP web address. New employees who resume onboarding will need to sign in using ASSP after they’ve registered.
Important Information
This only applies if you’ve moved to the latest ASSP.
How to Allow Password Reset
Allow new hires to reset their password with just their Career Connector user. They can reset their password here until they create an account during onboarding. Afterwards, they’ll need to sign into ASSP to complete onboarding.
