As you may already know, the on-prem version of Avanti and Avanti Mobile will no longer be supported as of April 1st, 2023.
In our efforts to transition to fully cloud-based operations, we’ve upgraded our product to align with our security and technology needs.
You’ll still be able to use the on-prem product, but you will not have access to any future updates, including the July tax update. You will also lose access to Client Care services on April 1st, 2023, and our resources will not be used to mend any bugs within the product.
We understand this is a disruptive change, and we want to help you migrate with us to a more modern and secure cloud product. Please reach out to your Client Success Manager for more information.
