Communicating Employee Changes

With the upcoming changes to the Avanti Self-Service Portal and Avanti Go, you’ll want to keep your employees in the loop. Here’s some templates you can use to let employees know what’s changing:

Important Information
Some of these changes may not apply to your employees. Don’t worry about those; just let them know about the ones that do.

Details to Send Before the Switch

Once you know when you’ll transition, here’s some information you can provide to employees, along with the date they’ll see the changes.

You’ll want to send different information depending on your setup:

Signing into ASSP and Avanti Go Will Look a Little Different

You’ll soon notice redesigned screens when signing into the Avanti Self-Service Portal (ASSP) and Avanti Go. Don’t worry! You’ll continue to use the same username and password to sign in.

The new ASSP sign in is fully accessible and displays wonderfully regardless of which device you’re using.

Your new login will appear similar to:

There is a new web address; when the time comes, you’ll need to start using the new web address for the Self-Service Portal and update your bookmarks.

Signing into ASSP Will Look a Little Different

You’ll soon notice redesigned screens when signing into the Avanti Self-Service Portal. It is fully accessible and displays wonderfully regardless of which device you use to sign in. Don’t worry! You’ll continue to use the same username and password to sign in.

Security Questions Won’t Be Needed

If you’ve got an authenticator app and created security questions, you’ll just need to use the authenticator PIN soon.

Details to Send After the Switch

Send a reminder the morning after the move so employees aren’t surprised the next time they sign into ASSP.

Consider taking a screenshot of your new login screen with your logo rather than including the one below. You’ll also want to include your new web address for ASSP.

There’s a new web address where you can sign into the Self-Service Portal. Please start using your new web address to access and update your bookmarks. Don’t worry! You’ll continue to use the same username and password to sign in.

Signing in looks slightly different now; the new fully accessible sign-in allows you to sign in seamlessly regardless of your device.

Security Questions No Longer Needed

If you’ve set up security questions and an authenticator PIN to help verify your identity, you don’t have to answer the security questions anymore. Now, all you need to enter is your authenticator PIN.
