Password Reset Didn't Work

Have you reset your password and still can’t log into Avanti? You can double-check which password you have just changed to make sure you’re using it in the right spot. 

Where Did you Reset your Password? 

selfservice.myavanti.ca
If you reset your password from selfservice.myavanti.ca, you should use this new password to log in to the Avanti Cloud Client. 

Avanti Self-Service Portal
If you reset your password on the Self-Service Portal, you should use this new password to log in to the Avanti Desktop, ASSP and the New Avanti Experience.

Confirm you’re Logging into the Right Spot

Check where you’re trying to use the new password.

Are you trying to log into the Avanti Cloud Client? 

You can reset your password from https://selfservice.myavanti.ca/.

Are you trying to log into the Avanti Desktop or ASSP? 

You can reset your password from ASSP using Forgot your Password.

Additional Information
Contact your system administrator if you don’t see Forgot your Password on your Self-Service Login. They can Set Up Forgot Password on ASSP or reset your password from their Avanti Desktop.
