Employee Directory

Employee information in ASSP’s Employee Directory Summary and Avanti Desktop’s Employee Details are now synced. Want to include some new details? Restrict others? Use Avanti Desktop’s Employee Lookup Details to set what displays.

Avanti Go Biometrics

Secure your information with biometrics on Avanti Go. We now have a prompt for enabling Face ID or biometric identification to access Avanti Go using the native security settings on your employees’ phones, whether Apple or Android.

Lookup Size Settings

You asked for it, so we brought it back.

Lookup Size Settings allows you to set the code-width to description-width, maximising the description display on Avanti Desktop. Have a long description that cuts off? Change your lookup settings to show it in full.

BC EHT

We have something extra for those in Beautiful British Columbia.

British Columbia’s Employer Health Tax has changed their thresholds, so we have new Vendor Remittance Report import files for you. These will assist your company in determining how much to remit to the government.

HSBC EFT File Type

If you are paying employees from HSBC using CPA standard 005 and are getting errors when submitting your EFT file, we have a fix for you.

In Install Bank Information, update your Default Deposit Directory so it creates a .txt file.

• If it’s currently blank, add .txt.

• If it isn’t blank, replace the file extension so its .txt.

French Descriptions

We’re making changes to add more French throughout Avanti. You can prepare by adding in the French Descriptions.

For now, these aren’t supported yet when adding information on the Avanti Self-Service Portal or the Avanti Desktop.
