Dependents Overview

Within Dependents, employees can view and keep those tied to your company benefits along with any beneficiaries up-to-date. Dependent contains all the core information your benefits provider needs to know so benefits flow smoothly when your employees need them most.

Adding Dependents

To create a new dependent, select Add and provide all the necessary details, such as their name, phone number, and relationship to the employee.

Additional Information
You may not be able to add Dependents. If not, please reach out to your Payroll Specialist if you need any changes.

Keeping Dependents Up to Date

Remember to keep your Dependents’ information up-to-date as circumstances change.

Select the three dots on the dependent when you need to change the information. Here, you can remove the dependent or update any of the initial details you provided when creating the dependent, such as whether they’re a smoker.

You may not be able to update your Dependents. If not, please contact your Payroll Specialist if you need any changes.
