New Messages on ASSP
Messages on ASSP and the New Avanti Experience is revamped with additional features to help you keep your inbox organized and save time managing your messages. All while keeping all your familiar favourite functionality mostly the same.
Streamline your message management in ASSP with mass-delete messages. Simply multi-select the lines you want to delete and delete as you normally would to clean up your inbox. Stay in the know by viewing only your unread messages with the click of a button.

Employee Documents
Employee Documents are now available on the Canadian Payroll Menu. Here, you can update your employees’ photos and add, update, and delete your employee’s documents.
You can also print a report with details about your employees’ documents, including any document reviews employees have created. You can now include Viewed or Not Viewed Documents for compliance.
Including Employee Documents in Canadian Payroll simplifies the user experience and eliminates any confusion that may have arisen from the print icon being within an individual employee’s profile. Don’t worry; you’ll still be able to find Employee Documents on the Employee Profile.

New Report Source
Designing reports just got easier with our new Viewed Date report source. Using Report Definitions, you can now track reviewed company documents with ease, and what’s more, the viewed date is captured as soon as the employee opens the document - even before they complete the review.
This gives you a more accurate understanding of employee engagement and document compliance, enabling you to make informed decisions for your organization.
Payroll Data Batches
Quickly update the complete or incomplete status for multiple payroll data entry batches with just one click! You can now select yes or no to update the status of all the selected batches, saving you valuable time so you can process pay sooner.
Previously, you had to set each batch as complete or incomplete individually.
Direct Deposit Transit Numbers
To help reduce errors, Avanti now ensures that transit numbers are five digits everywhere direct deposit information is entered, including Onboarding. This will lessen new employee friction and help employees get that crucial first pay on time.
