To check documents on Avanti Go, it must be added to the mobile menu. Adding documents to Avanti Go will allow your employees to view and download documents from the app. For more details, see the Employee and Company Docs on Avanti Go Overview.
If you are displaying documents on ASSP for employees, the same documents will be displayed on Avanti Go. Document Types determine which documents are displayed for employees. For details, see Document Types.

How To Set Up Employee Docs on Avanti Go
Step 1: Select Display Update Menu in the Mobile Menu on the Avanti Desktop.
By default, this can be found in Web Services >> Installation and Maintenance.
Additional Information
Once you select Display Update Menu, an additional column, Update Menu, will display. The Update Menu displays all the available menu items.
Step 2: In the Update Menu, right-click on Employee docs and select Add New in Avanti Menu.
Step 3: If you want everyone to access Employee docs, skip to Step 8; otherwise, select Hide Update Menu.
Step 4: Select Employee docs and then select Modify.
Additional Information
These descriptions on Avanti Go cannot be changed.
Step 5: Select * from the Selected column and click the arrow to move it to the Available column.
Step 6: Select a User Group that should have access on the Available column and click the arrow to move it to the Selected Column.
Step 7: Repeat Step 6 until all the User Groups that should have access are in the Selected section. Then click OK to save your changes.
Step 8: Select OK to close the Mobile Menu.
And that’s done.
How To Set Up Company Docs on Avanti Go
