Here are all the latest changes included in Avanti 23.9.1.
Banking
Banking Info on the New Avanti Experience
Keep your employees informed with Banking Info. Employees paid by direct deposit can now view their banking information for themselves on the New Avanti Experience. Up to three accounts can display for employees in Personal Information; regular users can also view employees' banking direct deposit information.

Notifications When Banking Info Changes
Employees stay in the know with our new in-app notification when their banking info changes, so they can be sure their banking info is secure and accurate. They can find this in Avanti Go and on the Notification Center on the New Avanti Experience.
When there’s a change, they’ll get a notification confirming something has changed in their pay information. The notification is in the Language selected on their Employee Profile.
Email When Banking Info Changes
Your employee’s preferred name will now be included in the email they receive when their banking information changes. Additionally, the organization name will be included.

Time Off
Requests Display on Available Leave
Give employees insight into their upcoming request for time off with Available Leave. Unapproved take leave requests in availability, scheduling, time cards, and time data are now available on the new calendar.
Already have Available Leave set up in the New Avanti Experience? The new calendar displays automatically. If you’re not using Available Leave yet, take a look at the Available Leave Overview to learn more.
Who’s Off Widget
Keep managers and regular users aware of who’s on vacation today with the new Who’s Off Widget. This will show employees with a vacation entry, though availability entries must be approved.

Displaying PDFs in the Avanti Desktop
Reviewing PDFs in the Avanti Desktop is quicker with our new PDF viewer. Now, you can see the PDF from within Avanti without saving it to your device.
Unfortunately, if the file is password protected, you’ll still have to save it if you’re using a Windows computer; on a Mac, you can enter the password and view the file without saving it.
Previously, you would have to save all files before viewing their contents.
Avanti Go Device Requirements
Avanti Go no longer supports Apple devices on iOS 14. Your employees can access Avanti Go on iOS 15 and Android 9.0 and higher.
