What's New in Avanti 10.02

Here are all the latest changes included in Avanti 10.02.

Compensation View

Take your employees' guesswork out of Pay Statements with our new Compensation View.

Employees now have an intuitive, interactive view of their past pays within the self-service portal. Each payday, they’ll see a summary and breakdown of their pay, deductions, and benefits for the pay period and the year so far. To keep a copy for their records, employees can still download and save a PDF with their current pay statement format. Go to Compensation Overview to learn more.

Employee Job Offers

Now you can send Job Offers to employees being promoted within your company.

Employees can find their job offer in Document Review on the Avanti Self-Service Portal, then accept or reject the offer. Once they respond, your hiring manager can immediately view the employee’s response with any comments they have in Applicant Management.

New API Endpoints

We’ve added new endpoints so you can build integrations to keep your essential platforms aligned.

Add, Update, and Delete GL Segments
Unify the GL accounts in your accounting system and Avanti by creating an integration with these three new endpoints.

Add Time Data Entries
Are you using a third-party to gather employee time? The Add Time Data Entries endpoint allows you to bring the time employees worked into Avanti. Once the time is added, Avanti’s holiday and overtime rules can adjust the employee’s time.

Odds & Ends

New Sort Options in Schedule Pooling
It’s now easier to select employees to work a posted shift. User-defined dates can be added to Sort Options in Schedule Pooling to surface the right employees to the top of the list. This saves your scheduling Manager time, especially when many employees request to work the shift.

Mass Enrollments Sends Employees to your Clocks
Employees added using Mass Enrollments are now automatically sent to your uFace 800 time clocks. Previously, when you would add new employees you'd have run a sync which would update all of your employees information instead of just the new ones. This new feature makes adding new employees to your clocks much faster!

New Report Sources Added to Report Designer
There are 15 new report sources to assist with designing reports for Time & Attendance.

You can now include time card exceptions in reports. These can be found in Exceptions under Time Cards.
